There are two ways to play the games :
1. Use your browser, Firefox Browser is recommended. Simply open your browser (offline), then drag and drop the game file on it. Or if the file you've download came with an 1KB browser html file, just click on it. If the game won’t start, try the next way.
2. Use independent freeware, Try to use one of these freeware on your PC:
After install the player, just right click at the game flash file (.SWF) then choose open with… Select one of the player above. See picture below:
